The NWS has issued a wind chill advisory for most of the area tonight into Tuesday morning. Racine, Kenosha, and Milwaukee counties are excluded from the advisory.
Winds aren't going to be very strong tonight; however, temperatures west of the lake will drop to -5 to -10 below. A wind between 5 to 10 mph will create -20 wind chills or colder.
Wind chills near Milwaukee will be closer to -10. Bundle up and layer up if you have to be out. Please check on any outdoor pets and animals.
Thankfully, tomorrow afternoon the wind chills won't be as bad. We are expecting them to range from 0 to -5 as temperatures once again climb into the teens.
