MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- May is American Cheese Month, and the dairy state is not surprisingly leading the celebration with plans that coincide with the state's 180th anniversary of cheesemaking.
All month long the Dairy Farmers of Wisconsin, a trade organization will host events celebrating Wisconsin’s cheese industry.
On CBS 58 Sunday Morning, Rose Schmidt visited one of Milwaukee’s most popular cheese manufacturers Clock Shadow Creamery to see how they’ve weathered the pandemic and how they see the state of the cheese industry in Wisconsin.
