Wisconsin man who punched, killed man over tattoos found guilty

WAUKESHA COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A verdict has been reached in the trial of Kevin Sehmer, the man charged with beating and killing a man last year after a bar argument in Hartland. 

It took the jury less than three hours to deliberate on Thursday, Aug. 1 -- delivering a verdict of guilty of felony murder - battery. 

Witnesses said the 65-year-old defendant criticized Josh Davies for his tattoos at the bar. An argument led to a fight and officials say Sehmer punches Davies, who fell and his head on concrete. Davies died 26 days later. 

Sehmer now faces sentencing on Sept. 6.
