MADISON-- The Wisconsin Supreme Court is refusing to hear the case that challenged the State's gay marriage ban.
Katherine and Linda Halopka-Ivery filed the lawsuit last April because their marriage is not recognized by the State of Wisconsin.. The couple got married legally in the state of California in December 2013.
The couple tells CBS 58's Sandra Torres they are extremely disappointed. They are working with their lawyer to see what other possible legal recourse they have. They say this won't stop their fight.
