Woman accused of supplying drugs to man who overdosed

GRAFTON -- 33-year-old Kirsten Nadolski is charged with first degree reckless homicide for allegedly providing heroin that led to the death of 31-year-old Joel Rebarchik. Grafton police say an initial examination determined Rebarchik died of a heroin overdose.


Police executed a search warrant on a hotel room in the City of Franklin, and arrested two suspects on January 21, 2013.. Nadolski was one of those suspects arrested on January 21, 2013. Police say they released the other person arrested at the Franklin hotel.


The Ozaukee County Sheriff's Office says their investigation into this death remains active.
