MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) - - A 36-year-old woman was arrested after leading police on a brief chase Friday morning.
Just after 11 a.m., police responded to a threat and found multiple "disorderly subjects" near 35th and Clarke.
A woman got in her car and drove off, leading police on a very brief chase. She ran a red light and hit another car.
Inspector Terrence Gordon with the Milwaukee Police Department says the suspect continued to drive after the crash, then stopped, got out of the car and ran. Inspector Gordon says officers arrested her after a brief foot chase.
Police did find a gun in the suspect’s car.
The victim in the other car, a 26-year-old Milwaukee man, was injured and taken to the hospital but is expected to survive.
