Woman sues Kellogg's, says Strawberry Pop-Tarts doesn't have enough strawberries

NEW YORK (CBS 58) -- Kellogg's is being sued over its Strawberry Pop-Tarts.

A New York woman filed the class action lawsuit, alleging there's not enough strawberries in the Strawberry Pop-Tarts -- this, according to TMZ

The $5 million suit alleges the filling is heavier on pears, apples, and red food coloring than actual strawberries.

The woman, Elizabeth Russett, is urging Pop-Tarts to improve their labeling.
