Young patients headed to Spring Training thanks to Brewers, Aurora Health Care

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee Brewers teamed up with Aurora Health Care to make sure a few local Brewers fans will be there in Phoenix to cheer on the Brew Crew during Spring Training.

Three young patients from Aurora Health Care and their families were surprised Tuesday, Feb. 4, with a VIP trip to Phoenix.

As part of the trip, the three will be able to meet Brewers players, tour the clubhouse, and participate in warmups.

"The Brewers team loves our kids, loves the fans, and these children are the biggest brewer fans, and I know that they will continue to take inspiration and encouragement for what they're going to see and experience when they meet these kids," said Gabrielle Finley-Hazle, Aurora Health Care president.

The three kids will also have the chance to throw out the first pitch during the Brewers Spring Training opener on Feb. 22.
