BROWN DEER, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Someone is hanging onto a winning $1 million Powerball ticket sold in Brown Deer. 

The ticket was purchased at Walmart on Brown Deer Road and matched five numbers (3-18-36-41-54) but not the Powerball (7). 

The estimated Powerball jackpot for the Wednesday drawing is $1.7 billion -- the fourth-largest jackpot in Powerball and US lottery history. The jackpot has an estimated cash value of $781.3 million.

Historically, the Powerball jackpot has been won once on Christmas Eve (2011) and four times on Christmas Day (1996, 2002, 2010 and 2013).
