CBS 58, Brewers Drive-Thru Food Drive takes place Nov. 22 to benefit Hunger Task Force

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- CBS 58 is teaming up once again with the Brewers Community Foundation and Hunger Task Force for our annual Drive-Thru Food Drive taking place Friday, Nov. 22. 

Load up your vehicle with non-perishable food items -- like low-sodium vegetables, low-sugar cereal, no-sugar-added fruits, and lean canned tuna or chicken -- and swing through American Family field between 5 a.m. – 6 p.m. to drop them off. 

Drive up to Helfaer Field and Hunger Task Force staff, along with volunteers for our sponsoring organizations, will accept your donation. You don’t even need to get out of your car!

The Brewers will be giving away items (while supplies last) to the first 300 vehicles that make donations. 

The annual fundraiser is a great way to give back to those in need in southeast Wisconsin. 

If you can't make it down to the drive, you can contribute to our virtual food drive and help purchase turkeys and healthy holiday foods!
