MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The 14-year-old Waukesha boy accused of a violent sexual assault will be held in custody on a $250,000 bond.

Khalil Perry is accused of assaulting and kidnapping an 87-year-old woman at knifepoint last November.

Khalil Perry is facing four felony counts for what Court Commissioner David Herring called a troubling, violent attack.

We're naming the 14-year-old suspect now that he'll be tried in adult court.

Perry was handcuffed while he sat in court Friday, April 29, but he did not speak and he did not react throughout the proceeding.

A six-page criminal complaint describes in brutal detail how Perry is alleged to have put a knife to the victim's neck, forced her back into her car, forced her to perform a sex act and then tried to rape her.

The criminal complaint says the woman prayed aloud to God before Perry gave up.

During the alleged attack, Perry told the victim he was the devil and threatened to kill her family if she went to police.

He eventually let her out, then stole her car and credit card.

Perry's attorney asked for a signature bond but the state requested a bond of $250,000 which was granted.

"I think the complaint really speaks for itself, but I'm going to highlight the fact that this is an extremely violent action made by Mr. -- or at least alleged to have been made by Mr. Perry," said David Herring, Waukesha County court commissioner.

Khalil Perry was led out of the courtroom in handcuffs. He's being held in a Washington County juvenile facility because Waukesha County does not have an adequate juvenile facility.

He'll make his next court appearance May 13 at 1 p.m. for a status hearing.
