15-year-old arrested for multiple drug possession, delivery charges Wednesday

RACINE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The Racine County Sheriff's Office announced Thursday, Oct. 4 that a 15-year old male was taken into custody on a multitude of drug-related charges on Wednesday, Oct. 13.

Authorities say that on Wednesday, at approximately 9:00 a.m., agents from the Racine County Metro Drug Unit served a search warrant near Racine and De Koven in the City of Racine.

The announcement revealed that the search warrant was a result of multiple controlled purchases of cocaine, Psilocybin (mushrooms), oxycodone pills, and MDMA (ecstasy) from the target.

Officials report that the following was located during the search of the residence: 31 Adderall XR 30mg pills (schedule II stimulant), 47 oxycodone hydrochloride 30mg tablets (schedule II narcotic), 17 MDMA (ecstasy) pills, 2 THC vape cartridges, two digital scales, packaging materials, drug paraphernalia to include two water bongs, a crack pipe, and $770.00 in US currency.

The Racine County Sheriff's Office says that the suspect, a 15-year-old white male, was taken into custody following the search.

Authorities add that the suspect's mother, who the 15-year-old lives with, was not present at the time the warrant was executed.

The report shows she is currently on probation for manufacture/delivery cocaine, possession with intent to deliver THC, and Maintain a drug trafficking place.

Authorities say the following charges are being recommended to the District Attorney’s Office for the 15-year-old:

  • Delivery of cocaine
  • Delivery of a schedule II narcotic
  • Delivery of psilocybin
  • Delivery of MDMA
  • Possession with intent to deliver schedule II narcotic
  • Possession with intent to deliver schedule II non-narcotic
  • Possession drug paraphernalia
  • Possession of THC
  • Keeper of a drug place for sales/manufacturer

Officials are also recommending the following charges to the District Attorney’s Office for the suspect's mother:

  • Keeper of a drug place for sales/manufacture
  • Possession drug paraphilia
