16-year-old injured in late-night shooting as police search for suspects

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police are investigating a shooting that reportedly left a 16-year-old boy with serious injuries.
The shooting happened late Sunday, March 9 near the corner of 14th and Dakota.
Officers responded to the scene at around 11:52 p.m. and found the boy suffering from gunshot wounds. He was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
The circumstances leading to the shooting are under investigation, and police have yet to identify any suspects as they seek information about anyone who may have been involved.
