2 days left to see Halloween Village at the Baird Center before Milwaukee's big costume change
MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- In front of the Baird Center Commons is a Halloween Village. You can see Halloween lights and take pictures with illuminated ghosts and goblins for free.
The display will be on Vel R. Phillips until Halloween night. Then, downtown Milwaukee will start its ultimate costume change, switching from pumpkins to ornaments.
At the end of November, you can find the ornament trail in the same location. Cathedral Square is also having 130 Christmas trees delivered this week as they prepare to welcome students and local organizations to decorate them.
On Wednesday, Oct. 30, CBS 58 Morning News checked out the Halloween Village, as well as some new murals going up along the riverwalk downtown.
