2 restraining orders granted against former Milwaukee officer

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Two restraining orders were granted against the former Milwaukee police officer who used flock cameras to spy on his ex and the ex's former partner.

A judge agreed to order Josue Ayala to stay away from a man and a woman. In court documents, the man says Ayala would park outside his home and watch him.

The woman said she dated Ayala until he became increasingly "irrational and obsessive."

She says Ayala got mad when she stopped sharing her location with him.

She said after a night at a bar she was driving him home, he screamed at her, flailed and then punched her windshield "with such force that it shattered."

The woman also works in law enforcement and felt she couldn't ask other law enforcement for help.

Ayala is due back in court for these orders for a firearm surrendering hearing, since the victims say he owns at least two guns.

If you or someone you know is a victim of domestic violence, the Sojourner Family Peace Center has a 24-hour hotline for help.
