Tickets for adults cost $17 and tickets for seniors and children ages 6-11 cost $12. Kids under the age of 5 get into the fair for free.
If you plan on driving to the fair, on-site parking costs $15 for each vehicle and $8 for a motorcycle. All parking spots are first come, first serve.
If you don't want to drive, there are other options to get to the fair like the new bar shuttle program. Several places in Milwaukee will give you a ride to the fair. See the list HERE. Note, neither the Milwaukee County Transit System or Waukesha County shuttle service are providing dedicated rides to the State Fair. However, MCTS does have two routes which offer regular daily rides to the fairgrounds.
