32 arrested, 310 cited during 2026 Country Thunder music festival in Twin Lakes
TWIN LAKES, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The 2026 Country Thunder music festival took place in Twin Lakes last weekend, and the Kenosha County Sheriff's Office has released information about their activity during the festival.
They say 32 total arrests were made, including disorderly conduct, resisting an officer, battery, child abuse, strangulation and suffocation, hit-and-run to an unattended vehicle, carrying a concealed weapon, and possession of cocaine.
They gave out 310 citations, including 220 for underage drinking, 26 for resisting an officer, and 10 for marijuana possession.
Local departments also teamed up for an undercover operation on the festival grounds that led to the arrest of 42-year-old Jesse Berryman and 38-year-old Kari Mahaffy of Salem Lakes. They're both facing multiple felony charges of manufacturing and delivering cocaine.
The investigation into this case continues. The sheriff's office says they expect more charges to be filed.
