WAUWATOSA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Dozens of people took to the woods at Wil-O-Way Underwood in Wauwatosa Monday night, Aug. 17, looking for a missing man.

Wauwatosa police say they received a report on Saturday, Aug. 15, that 25-year-old Bryan Adorno was missing.

His fiancé, Maggie French, says the last time she heard from Bryan was Friday night. She says she's worried sick after she came home and found a note from him, as well as all of his belongings.

"He's my best friend. He meant everything to me. I love him so much," Maggie said.

Maggie was among dozens of people filling Wil-O-Way Underwood in Wauwatosa Monday in search of Bryan.

"I care about him so much and I don't know what he did or why," Maggie said. "But it's just like, no situation is worth anything like this, you know, there's nothing that can't be fixed, and I just want him back."

Maggie says Bryan served in the Army and struggled with anxiety and depression. She says everything changed during their family trip in Minnesota.

"He was drinking and he crashed my car, and it wasn’t a good situation," Maggie said. "And we both kind of just needed a timeout from the situation, and he was…he went to therapy. He was getting help. He was talking with friends, you know, it just -- nobody had any idea what was going on."

Maggie says when she got home Friday, she found a note and all of Bryan's personal belongings, including his passport and ID left behind. His car was gone.

"It just said don’t feel guilty and it was nobody’s fault, and it was just some logistics about his phone and money that he left, and it was like addressed to everybody," Maggie said.

Wauwatosa police say they found Bryan's car empty Saturday night near Underwood Parkway, and have conducted several searches since, unable to find him. Monday, the community stepped in to help.

"Just hearing from so many people and seeing so many people here, I’m just really grateful, and it’s just sad that it has to be in this circumstance," Maggie said.

Maggie says she and Bryan have been together for more than five years and have a 3-year-old daughter. She hopes he will return home safely to his family.

"There is no situation that we can’t figure out together and I just want him to come, and I love him so much."

Bryan is a realtor in Milwaukee. Police say he's 5'10" tall, around 120 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Wauwatosa police immediately.
