MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A 37-year-old woman died following a shooting that happened near 29th and Teutonia on Saturday, Sept. 2. 

Police say the victim -- identified by the Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's Office as Jennifer Woods of Milwaukee -- was traveling in a vehicle when unknown suspect(s) fired gunshots and struck her. 

Woods was driven to Teutonia Avenue and Hadley Street, where assistance was called. She was then taken to a local hospital where she later died. 

The circumstances leading up to the shooting are under investigation. Milwaukee police continue to seek unknown suspect(s).
