What a difference a year makes! A year ago on January 30 we were waking up in the heart of a deep blast of cold air. The low temperature on January 30, 2019 was -20° and with the wind it felt more like the 40s and 50s below-zero. In Milwaukee the wind chill hit -47°.
Temperatures this year are much different. We woke up to milder air with a low wind chill of 22°. That's a 69° difference in feels like temp from one year ago.
The mild air and clouds we've been stuck under for a few days sticks around Thursday but then we slowly warm into the upper 30s by Saturday. 40s look good for Sunday and Monday with a little cooling to follow.
