MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) – The American Red Cross is encouraging people to give blood in April as part of National Volunteer Month.

Blood donations are also being tested for COVID-19 antibodies to help anyone currently fighting the virus.

Those interested in donating are asked to make an appointment before arriving at a blood drive.
