AP Declares Sanders wins Democratic Presidential Primary in Wisconsin

WASHINGTON (AP) — Bernie Sanders wins the Democratic presidential primary in Wisconsin, adding to his string of recent victories over front-runner Hillary Clinton.
CBS News projected Ted Cruz the winner of the GOP presidential primary.
