MILWAUKEE (CBS 58)-- So much for firm deadlines.  The "Beyond Van Gogh: The Immersive Experience" is going beyond its last intended showing date.

The exhibition at the Wisconsin Center has been extended another two months through Halloween.

The experience takes 300 works of the Dutch post-impressionist painter and brings them to live in a 3-D world through hi-tech projection technology.

Masterpieces like “The Starry Night,” “Sunflowers,” and “Café Terrace at Night,” are freed from their frames and literally "come to life."

Van Gogh's words, set to symphonic score, only add to the atmosphere.

Tickets for the one-hour show must be purchased ahead of time. To do so, just click here. Keep in mind if you go, mask and social distance rules are enforced as well.
