Body pulled from Fox River near Frame Park in Waukesha

WAUKESHA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Waukesha police say a body was pulled from the Fox River near Frame Park Thursday morning, Sept. 5.

Police and fire units responded to the scene, about 400 feet south of Moorland Boulevard on the north side of the River Walk, around 9:38 a.m. 

Officials say Waukesha Forestry personnel were working in the area when the discovery was made. 

Police say the deceased is a male, who was wearing shorts, and articles of clothing in close proximity to the body were found along the shore.

Authorities say there were no obvious signs of trauma to the body. 

An investigation is ongoing.
