Brewers' magic number down to 1

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee Brewers still need to clear one more feat to clinch the National League Central Division.
The Brewers lost to the Phillies 5-1 on Tuesday, Sept. 17. In addition to the Chicago Cubs losing to the Oakland Athletics 4-3, the magic number is now at one.
Either one more Brewers win or Cubs loss will clinch the division for the Brew Crew.
The Brewers close their series with the Phillies Wednesday, Sept. 18, at 6:40 p.m. at American Family Field.
The Cubs wrap up their series with the Athletics at 1:20 p.m. at Wrigley Field on Wednesday.
The Cubs could lose, and the Brewers will have clinched the division without even taking the field.
