MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Brewers star Quinn Priester is showing he's a hero both on and off the field. 

The 24-year-old pitcher surprised a group of young baseball fans currently being treated at Aurora Health Center. Kids lined up and played catch with the MLB star and even got to show off their home run swing. 

Priester was all smiles after the event, expressing the joy that comes with giving back to fans. 

"To be able to give back to the fans that support us every night, we like to support them in the way we can when we are not at the field," Priester said. "It is just really special to be able to do this."

Along with being able to hang out with the Brewers star, these young fans got to bring home some signed merchandise. 

The Brew Crew is set to face off against the Pittsburgh Pirates Tuesday night at American Family Field.
