Brown Deer man accused of throwing tape during argument over speeding

BROWN DEER, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Police were called after two men allegedly got into an argument over speeding.

It happened around 11:44 a.m. on Tuesday in the 8200 block of N. 67th Street.

According to police, a 55-year-old Brown Deer man and a 24-year-old Milwaukee man were involved in an argument regarding the 24-year-old's speed.

During the argument, the 55-year-old man allegedly threw a roll of tape at the 24-year-old's vehicle.

The 24-year-old confronted him and allegedly told him that he was armed.

Both men were warned regarding their actions.
