MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- New food, new drinks and snacks were all on display at a Monday morning press conference at Mecca Bar in Deer District.
One of the new items is a Greek burger -- a brat patty with feta cheese, cucumbers and tomatoes. Just the thing, perhaps, before you watch the Greek Freak drop 35 points on a visiting team.
There's also something called the MKE burger.
"A little taste of Wisconsin that makes Wisconsin," said Marlene Duke, senior executive chef, Deer District. "We have a smash patty with bratwurst, as well as caramelized onions, three cheeses to include with beer cheese, goes really nicely with a nice cold beer."
If you want something sweet, in the upper concourse at Fiserv Forum you can buy a bacon bourbon cinnamon roll as well as a traditional cinnamon roll. It may take you until mid-season if you set out to try all the new stuff.
