MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The newest Bucks superstar was out in the community with hometown kids, helping with their holiday shopping.
Damian Lillard met with kids from the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee at Kohl's Tuesday night.
The kids got a $100 Kohl's gift card to shop with, and that's not all. They were able to create a custom basketball card and hold a mock press conference with Lillard.
"When I was sitting amongst them, a lot of the questions were like, 'how many shots did you shoot as a kid? What team did you play?' It was a lot of stuff that they wanted to relate to themselves, and they don't get opportunities to ask that to my face often. Being here, that might be the best thing you can do for them," Lillard said.
To top it off, the kids got some Dame Lillard products and a ticket to a Bucks game.
