Capitol Connection: Constitutional amendment on April ballot

MADISON, Wis. (CBS 58) -- State Republicans and Governor Tony Evers are in a rare moment of agreement, after the Department of Public Instruction changed its testing standards.

Republicans could introduce a bill to switch back, with Evers' support.
