Capitol Connection: More early voting ahead of SCOWIS race

MADISON, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Tens of millions of dollars have poured into the race for Wisconsin's state Supreme Court just days before the Tuesday election, and early voting numbers show a massive turnout in the WOW counties.
