Capitol Connection: Reckless driving, carjacking law signed

MADISON, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Some compromise in Madison this week over a bill aimed at tackling reckless driving and carjacking.

A vote is expected this week on new plans for shared revenue between the state and local municipalities.
