WAUKESHA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A new, free mental health resource is coming to southeast Wisconsin.
Starting in May, Carroll University will provide behavioral health counseling and therapy services at the Community Counseling Center in Waukesha.
Trainees from Carroll's behavioral health psychology program will staff the center with licensed psychologists supervising.
This comes as mental health professionals are being stretched thin.
A UW report shorts there are 440 people for each mental health provider in the state.
