CBS 58 and Telemundo Wisconsin collectively awarded 3 Emmys

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- CBS 58's news team was honored to win two Emmy awards over the weekend from the Chicago/Midwest chapter of the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences.

CBS 58 Chief Photographer Jerry Imig received an Emmy in Outstanding Crafts and Achievement for Photography. 

CBS 58 reporter Mike Curkov, along with photojournalists Cody Bergquist, Kevin Weis, and producers Susanne Barthel and Randy Engel, won an Emmy for Outstanding Achievement for News Gathering - Arts/Entertainment News.

Telemundo Wisconsin, CBS 58's sister station which is also owned by Weigel Broadcasting, was awarded an Emmy for promotions they created for Hispanic Heritage Month. 

CBS 58 was nominated for 13 Emmy awards, more than any other Milwaukee station.
