CBS 58 MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- An hour before polls opened in Wisconsin on Tuesday, Nov. 5, CBS 58 was joined by the chairs of both the Democratic Party of Wisconsin, Ben Wikler, and the Republican Party of Wisconsin, Brian Schimming.
