Charges filed against 2 men in Milwaukee quadruple shooting

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Two men have been charged in connection with a quadruple shooting that occurred in Milwaukee on Wednesday, June 26. The charges were revealed in a criminal complaint filed on Wednesday, July 24.

Dominique R. Bridges, 32 of Milwaukee, and Qkobe Brevin Jenkins, 26 of Kenosha, face multiple charges including attempted first-degree intentional homicide and first-degree reckless injury. Both are also charged with the use of a dangerous weapon and are considered habitual repeat offenders.

The shooting took place at a BP gas station near 60th and Oklahoma at around 2:30 p.m. According to the complaint, officers arrived at the scene to find four victims with gunshot wounds: two adults and two children.

Surveillance footage reportedly shows three suspects firing multiple rounds at the victims' vehicle. The criminal complaint details that Jenkins and Bridges were among those who targeted the victims at the gas station believing the vehicle belonged to someone involved in the death of a family member.

The complaint alleges they approached the station and began shooting at the car, with officers finding a total of 27 spent casings at the scene.

Bridges was arrested on Thursday, June 27 after officers identified the vehicle used in the shooting, a red Ford Taurus. He was found near 27th and Capitol. Jenkins was arrested on Friday, July 19 and, during a mirandized interview, reportedly admitted to being one of the shooters.
