Chef offering easy-to-make recipes for people staying at home

(CBS 58) -- Chef Mike Haracz (the former McDonald's corporate innovation chef turned commercial Wendy's breakfast lover and frequent Rooster Teeth and Achievement Hunter contributer) joined high school classmate CBS 58 Morning News anchor Mike Curkov for an easy-to-make peanut butter sauce ramen recipe for people to do at home.
CBS 58 caught up with Haracz this week to talk about his latest recipes and his new YouTube channel.
Step 1:
Make the ramen according to directions on the packet.
Step 2:
Whisk together:
- 2 packets of ramen (with chicken flavoring)
- 1 scoop of peanut butter
- 1/4 cup of soy sauce
- some agave syrup or other sweetener
- some sriracha
- a little water to thin it out
Step 3:
Pour it on the ramen and mix
Step 4:
Top the bowl off with whatever you've got. Chef Mike used:
- leftover chicken
- red and orange peppers
- carrots
- parsley
- green onions
- crushed peanuts
- chili flakes
