Children's Wisconsin: 2 more kids return home following parade attack, 5 remain hospitalized

WAUWATOSA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Children's Wisconsin says two more children admitted on Sunday, Nov. 21 have been discharged from the hospital to continue their recovery at home.
Five children remain in the care of the hospital.
The hospital says of these, four children are in fair condition and one remains in serious condition.
As part of the announcement Wednesday, Children's said, "It is important for the community to understand that while the medical conditions of the children involved have improved, many face a journey of long recovery as a result of serious injuries. While these children are able to go home or be transferred out of intensive care, they will continue to need the love, support and dedication of the community."

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Children's Wisconsin announced Sunday, Nov. 28, one more child was able to return home to continue their recovery following the Waukesha parade attack.
"Today marks one week since the tragic events at the Waukesha parade," Children's Wisconsin said in a statement Sunday. "We are grateful to share that a ninth child admitted last Sunday was discharged and was able to return home."
Officials say that seven patients injured at the Waukesha parade remain in Children's Wisconsin care.
The reported conditions for the 7 remaining patients are:
- 3 in serious condition
- 3 in fair condition
- 1 in good condition

Officials say that eight patients injured at the Waukesha parade remain in Children's Wisconsin care.
The reported conditions for the 8 remaining patients are:
- 4 in serious condition
- 2 in fair condition
- 2 in good condition

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Children's Wisconsin announced Friday, Nov. 26, one more child was able to return home from Children’s on Thanksgiving to continue their recovery following the Waukesha parade attack.
Officials say that nine patients injured at the Waukesha parade remain in Children's Wisconsin care.
Reports show that the conditions for these patients are:
- 4 in serious condition
- 3 in fair condition
- 2 in good condition
Children's Wisconsin announced they encourage parents to reach out for help, for themselves or their children, to the Mental and Behavioral Health Helpline at (414) 266-6500.
"Directly or indirectly, the tragedy impacts our entire community," said Children's Wisconsin in a statement Thursday.
