CBS 58’s Theater Thursdays: ’The Odyssey’ and ’The Invite’
MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A sign that summer is here -- the return of Chill on the Hill.
The annual concerts are back for the 21st year and starting off with a lot of energy.
Every Tuesday at Humboldt Park, you can catch live music, eat at one of 10 food trucks, and enjoy the summer nights. It's put on by the Bay View Neighborhood Association, and organizers say they're thrilled to kick off a third decade of nights at Humboldt.
"Everything we do is to try and connect people together," said Patty Thompson, executive producer of Chill on the Hill. "Community is number one in Bay View, and this is why we do it. We do it so we can be together."
Chill on the Hill runs for 13 weeks, wrapping up Sept. 1.
Next week's show features the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra, and at the end of June there'll be a patriotic show for the Fourth of July.
