Coldest wind chills this week arrive Tuesday morning

The snow is over and the cold has arrived. Most of southeast Wisconsin picked up anywhere from 4-11" of snow on Saturday. Wind chills Sunday night went below-zero across most of the area and they will likely stay there for at least 48 hours in many hometowns. High temps will stay in the teens on Monday and Tuesday, we get a bit of a rebound on Wednesday and Thursday then drop again for Friday.

Clearer skies at night will allow temps to drop down to some very chilly levels. Tuesday morning will be the coldest with lows on either side of 0. Still very chilly the rest of the week.

Although we don't have any super strong wind this week, we will see steady wind above 10 mph most of the next few days which will push wind chills to some very cold levels. Tuesday morning is expected to be the coldest morning with wind chills dropping to -25* for much of the area.
