MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Newly unsealed search warrants obtained by CBS 58 News show Maxwell Anderson allegedly told a friend he plotted to kill then-19-year-old Sade Robinson about a month before her death.

Police said Robinson was murdered and dismembered after going on a date with alleged killer Maxwell Anderson, who faces felony charges of first-degree intentional homicide, mutilating a corpse and arson of property.

Still photos captured on video at Milwaukee's Twisted Fisherman show Sade Robinson sitting next to Maxwell Anderson on April 1, before leaving together. Robinson was never seen again, but body parts began showing up along the lakefront in Cudahy and in Illinois.

The court documents detail a confidential informant told police they had been friends with Anderson for a few years and had been at his residence on the evening of March 5, and claims Anderson allegedly told them he had met Robinson recently and had plans to kill her.

Intending to "bring Robinson to his residence, pulling a handgun on her and bringing her down the basement." Adding that "he then planned on shooting Robinson and then dismember her body in the room that they were in," and would later be "disposing Robinson's body throughout the city."

The informant also said they observed three saws in Anderson's basement and believed that those were the saws that Anderson was going to use.

Other documents reveal new details from the day Anderson was arrested, three days after their date and the last time Robinson was seen alive.

Investigators observed a stain resembling human blood in Anderson's black 2009 Hyundai Santa Fe car, on the front passenger's side door speaker cover. They also found human blood on bedding in an upstairs bedroom, on walls leading down the basement, and several gasoline containers in the garage/storage area.

In addition, the documents reveal detectives spoke with a 24-year-old woman who said she went on a date with Anderson back in February, had a few drinks and began to feel sick. She told authorities Anderson admitted to growing psychedelic mushrooms in his basement and had several other mentions of drug use. The woman believes she was drugged by Anderson based on her lack of alcohol consumption.

Anderson has plead not guilty to the charges against him. His trial is scheduled to begin in December.
