Cops ‘N Kids Reading Center in Racine receives grant to expand tutoring program

RACINE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The Cops ‘N Kids Reading Center has had to adapt to keep reaching kids most in need. Thanks to a grant, the center is not only adjusting but expanding its tutoring program.
