This was a part of their Torch Tour initiative, a cross-country road trip raising awareness for polio prevention.
With them, a torch, symbolizing the declaration of India being labeled polio-free in 2014.
The group's goal is to completely eradicate the disease, by raising awareness one city at a time.
"We are driving across the country to Calgary, Canada to create awareness, educate people about polio eradication, and to raise funds," said Nancy Barbee, End Polio Now coordinator. "We wanna make sure that all children, right now and in the future, are free of polio."
