Culver's donates 54,000 diapers to Milwaukee Diaper Mission after Giannis scores big

WISCONSIN (CBS 58) -- Remember earlier this month, when Giannis Antetokounmpo scored 54 points against the Clippers?

After the game, the Bucks star made a lighthearted comment about going to Culver's and getting free food.

Culver's picked up the comment and promised not only free food for Giannis, but a donation of 54,000 diapers to the Milwaukee Diaper Mission if Giannis showed up.

Well, we never spotted Giannis at Culver's, but no matter, the company came through with a delivery of 54,000 diapers to the mission's warehouse in Franklin Monday.

To get the diapers in the hands of families around the Milwaukee area, the Milwaukee Diaper Mission is also partnering with Hayat Pharmacy to host a community distribution event in March.

Hayat is also donating $1,000 in Culver's gift cards to families, along with their diapers.
