MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A Milwaukee strip club is the target of a class action lawsuit, filed by an exotic dancer who has worked there.
The suit was filed last week by Mahogany Hinton against Art's Performing Center on E. Juneau Avenue.
She claims the club violated minimum wage and overtime laws.
In fact, she claims that the club didn't pay her and other dancers any wages at all. They were paid by customers in dance fees and tips.
The lawsuit does not set a dollar figure on the damages. It does seek compensation for unpaid wages and overtime.
