Dariaz Higgins pleads not guilty to amended charges

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The man accused of killing the mother of his child and then triggering an AMBER Alert pleaded not guilty to amended charges Thursday. 

Dariaz Higgins is charged with shooting and killing Sierra Robinson in March. The amended charge involves an injury suffered by a neighbor. Higgins is also a suspect in the death of his and Robinson's daughter, 2-year-old Noelani Robinson. 

The toddler was found dead in Minnesota. No charges have filed yet in that case.
