OZAUKEE COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- New dash camera video obtained from the Ozaukee County Sheriff's Office shows 34-year-old Ace Vue driving southbound in northbound lanes on I-43 on the morning of May 26.
The video shows 24 cars passing Vue, before he collides head on with a car holding 56-year-old Jay Horne, his wife Nicole Horne, and their daughter, Allisa.
Jay and Nicole were killed, while Allisa was sent to the hospital with serious injuries.
Allisa remains in the hospital over three weeks later.
The family says they are aware of the dashcam video being released and are asking for privacy at this time.
Vue pleaded not guilty to 10 charges on June 12, including first degree reckless homicide.
He will be in court again on Aug. 6.
