MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A work boat that for most of its 60 years in Milwaukee went unnoticed, caught the attention of news crews, onlookers and workers at the Port of Milwaukee last week when it disappeared overnight.
The Harbor Seagull sank in 26 feet of water Monday morning. No one was hurt and a cause is still under investigation.
But despite its unglamorous existence, the small boat occupies an interesting place in Milwaukee history.
On CBS 58 Sunday Morning, Meghan Reistad looked back on the hard working history of Milwaukee's Harbor Seagull.
