Driver arrested after shooting BB gun at teens in Brown Deer

BROWN DEER, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Brown Deer Police responded to a weapons complaint Wednesday afternoon around 3 p.m. after a report of someone shooting a BB gun out of a car.

Police found the car on 55th Street just south of Dean Road and the 19-year-old driver admitted to firing a BB gun six to seven times at two 18-year-olds. One of the victims was hit twice with BB gun pellets and the shooting also damaged the windshield of a Nissan Altima parked in a nearby driveway.

The shooter was arrested for 2nd degree recklessly endangering safety, battery, and damage to property. One of the victims was arrested for a warrant with the Mequon Police Department.
