KENOSHA COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A three-vehicle crash in the Town of Brighton sent one driver to the hospital Thursday morning, Jan. 22. 

According to Kansasville Fire & Rescue, first responders arrived at the scene in the 23000 block of State Highway 142 and Burlington Road just before 7 a.m. 

Officials say upon arrival, they found three vehicles "strewn along the north ditch line" of the roadway. 

Kenosha County deputies temporarily blocked westbound traffic at 224th Avenue and eastbound traffic at 240th Avenue to make room for emergency responders. 

Kansasville Fire & Rescue says one driver involved was taken to the hospital by a Paris Fire Department ambulance; all others were evaluated at the scene and declined further treatment. 

Deputes reopened State Highway 142 by about 8 a.m.

The sheriff's office is investigating the cause of the crash.
